Job Description
* Provide comprehensive PA support to senior management, including diary management and correspondence handling.
* Coordinate HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
* Assist with organising meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
* Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions and contracts.
* Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
* Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining a professional workspace.
* Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA / HR Role should have:
* Experience in both administrative and HR-related roles, preferably within the property industry.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant HR software.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A professional and discreet approach to handling sensitive information.
