We’re hiring for a Services Operations Team Lead,If you care about getting things right first time, leading people well, and improving the way work flows through a business, this is a role where your impact will be felt daily by customers and colleagues.
Why this role exists
Our Services business continues to grow, and so does the volume and complexity of service quotes and orders. We need a hands-on leader to bring consistency, pace and control to these critical processes, while developing the team that delivers them.
What you’ll deliver
* Take day-to-day leadership of service quoting and order processing across Bytes Services
* Improve accuracy, turnaround times and SLA performance across service orders
* Reduce escalations and repeat issues through stronger governance and quality control
* Develop a capable, confident team through coaching, clear expectations and support
* Strengthen end-to-end flow between Sales, Delivery, Finance and Services
* Identify and implement practical process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability
* Provide a calm, reliable escalation point for operational issues
What you’ll need to succeed
* Experience in service operations, order processing or a similar operational role
* Proven experience leading, or supervising a small operational team
* Strong understanding of operational workflows, KPIs and SLAs
* Ability to manage competing priorities and changing demand
* A structured, detail-focused approach with a mindset for continuous improvement
* Confidence working cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance and Delivery teams
