Transport Driver - Special Needs & Community
This role involves providing safe and reliable transport for children and adults with special needs or vulnerabilities.
* Ensure passengers travel safely to and from schools or other locations.
* Build professional, friendly relationships with passengers, parents, carers, and school staff.
* Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Providing morning and afternoon shifts on school days.
* Maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with vulnerable individuals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* A valid UK driving licence (car category).
* Confidence in driving a variety of vehicles, including people carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles (training provided).
* The ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check (criminal record check).
* Completion of a Group 2 medical assessment to meet licensing standards.
* The right to work in the UK.
