Job Description
We've got a great opportunity for a long term temp role fully remote within Courts to join a fast-paced office, working as part of the admin team.
Overview:
- Full time 37 hrs per week
- Monday - Friday
- Long term Temporary ongoing role
- Pay - £12.36 - £12.59 per Hour
- Location - Remote
- Start date ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce monthly data reports and identify trends, working within tight deadlines.
2. Ensure SL14 and SL15 targets are consistently met.
3. Maintain and update data systems to ensure accurate and timely information is available.
4. Collaborate with external organisations.
5. Support the effective and efficient running of case administration processes.
6. Development and implementation of business administration systems, databases and recording systems to support operational probation delivery
7. Attend meetings and events to represent the HPT lead as agreed
8. To proactively manage staff development, issues of underperformance, employee relations and diversity matters. Adopt a consistent, fair and objective standpoint when making decisions in relation to individual staff issues
9. Liaise with staff to receive, collate and analyse information, developing systems and compiling reports as necessary. Using data to identify trends and taking appropriate action to maintain and enhance performance.
Skills and Experience:
10. Strong administrative and organisational skills.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
12. Experience in data management and reporting.
13. Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with external partners.
14. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
