Job Description
3. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members within the marketing department.
4. Lead strategy and delivery across PPC and Paid Social campaigns
5. Manage and mentor a small paid media team
6. Optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Advertising, and Meta
7. Collaborate with creative, development, and data teams to deliver results
8. Present insights and performance updates to senior stakeholders and C-suite clients
9. Turn data into actionable recommendations and commercial wins
10. Champion best practice, process, and continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will be a commercially minded, data-driven strategist with strong hands-on experience in PPC and Paid Social. They will be comfortable leading a small team, managing multi-channel campaigns, optimising performance, collaborating across creative and development teams, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders - all while driving measurable results for both e-commerce and lead generation clients.

11. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
