* Become an expert in the company's investment products and how they benefit financial advisers.
* Proactively source and engage new clients through targeted outreach, calls, and meetings.
* Manage and enhance the sales pipeline, ensuring the CRM is always up to date.
* Work towards and exceed ambitious sales targets.
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize business development strategies.
* Represent the company at roadshows and industry events, building your profile within the sector.
* Deliver exceptional service, ensuring long-term client relationships and continued success.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience working with IFAs, Wealth Managers, or Financial Advisers – either directly or in a sales capacity.
* 2+ years in a sales or business development role, ideally within financial services.
* Those currently in a Wealth Management setting will also be considered.
* A results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
* Excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
* Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
