Third Line IT Support Engineer Location: Chatham, Kent Salary: £45,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Third Line IT Support Engineer to join a well-established organisation based in Chatham. This is a key role within the IT team, responsible for resolving complex technical issues, supporting infrastructure projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across the business. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues escalated from 1st and 2nd line teams Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and service requests in a timely manner Maintain and support server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualisation platforms Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary Assist with IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments Ensure documentation is up to date and aligned with internal standards Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutionsHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
