School Administrators
Are you an Administrator with a background working in a school environment or similar looking for work?
It is advantageous if applicants have some school administration experience and are proficient in SIMS, ARBOR, or BROMCOM. However, applicants with strong administration experience in a similar sector will also be considered.
You must be willing to work on a temporary basis between 8:00 a.m. & 4:30 p.m. There will be both full-time and part-time positions available throughout the school year, with varying durations.
There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the schools, although this is not guaranteed.

As a School Administrator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Inputting details onto SIMS, ARBOR, or BROMCOM
2. Answering phones and taking messages
3. Typing letters and memos
4. Filing, faxing, and photocopying
5. Dealing with parents and pupils
You will be required to fully register with us, including providing right-to-work documents, and obtaining an enhanced Child Workforce DBS. This will be processed by us but will come at a cost of £47.20 unless you already have one registered on the update service. Please only apply if you are able to do this.
