Job Description:
Join our fantastic repairs team as a Customer Advisor (Repairs)! We’re on the lookout for someone who loves helping others and can be the first point of contact for our tenants and residents. You’ll report and diagnose repairs, servicing, and other requests via our multi-channel services.
We manage around 7,500 homes in East England and are dedicated to being customer-centric. We invest in our homes, including our zero-carbon initiatives, and build new ones to serve our communities better.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with tenants regarding repairs and requests through our multi-channel services
* Use diagnostic tools to ensure accurate and efficient repairs, aiming for a 'right first time' approach
* Assist residents with queries about our repairs service, clarifying responsibilities, timeframes, and priorities
* Follow policies and procedures while being adaptable to situations
* Own service failures and complaints, addressing them proactively and kindly
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has customer service experience and a passion for helping others
* Can work under pressure, meet deadlines, and stay cheerful
* Is skilled in handling tricky situations and communicating effectively
* Knows how to ask questions to understand residents' needs
* Has excellent communication skills and makes residents feel valued
