What will you do?
* Manage a land & property litigation caseload mainly for private clients
* This could include: Residential possession proceedings, rent recovery, Landlord and Tenant matters, contract disputes
* For those who enjoy a wider caseload you could also advise on: contentious probate, professional negligence and partnership disputes (inc farming/agricultural partnerships)
What will you need?
* To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
* Property and /or civil litigation experience
* Ideally at least 1 year PQE
