THE ROLE:
Some of the key responsibilities within the role will include (but are not exclusive to):
* Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Management of all suppliers including ongoing monitoring, negotiation of new contracts and renewals, including all insurance for the firm.
* Support staff with IT, including setting up workstations for new staff and managing the IT provider.
* Procurement for the business including general office suppliers, office furniture, IT equipment and any other requirements.
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
* Oversee the running of the firm and any repairs required.
* Be a point of contact for client complaints.
* Oversee marketing for the firm and proactively assist in marketing efforts including ongoing development of the website and more.
* Proposing ways to improve the firm to the Partners.
* Ensuring there is always cover for reception.
* Oversee holiday requests and other required leave.
* Working with the Partners to manage all annual accreditations required, including Lexcel, CQS, Cyber Essentials and more
THE CANDIDATE:
* Proven experience in an office management or supervisory role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficient in using IT software
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience in team management and conflict resolution is a plus
