ROLE: Hotel Maintenance Manager
LOCATION: Warwickshire
SALARY: Circa £40,000 per year negotiable

We are recruiting for an experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to work with a modern, 4-star hotel in Warwickshire.
You will be responsible for the general day-to-day maintenance of a large hotel operation, including bedrooms, meeting facilities, and a full-scale leisure & spa operation.
You will also make recommendations for larger-scale project work and may undertake some smaller projects in-house.
The Essential Skills:
* Practical working knowledge of all aspects of maintenance, health & safety, and fire regulations within a hotel environment.
* Strong admin skills, including knowledge of health & safety and risk assessment record-keeping.
* Commercial awareness, understanding the importance of working within costs & departmental budgets.
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, 40 hours, 5 out of 7 days, including call-outs.
* Proven IT skills, good numeracy & literacy standards.
* Highly customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
* Highly organized, hands-on, team-oriented, and capable of developing team members' skills and responsibilities.
