Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join us. We’re offering acompetitive base salary.You will support our Financial Controller in delivering best-in-class financial support across the business.What you’ll be doing:
1. Leading month-end activities and preparing management reports for Board and client presentations
2. Enhancing and maintaining profit and liquidity forecasting processes
3. Partnering with functional leads to deliver insightful departmental reporting
4. Collaborating cross-functionally to provide financial challenge and commercial insight
5. Supporting transactional activity and integrating acquisitions into business-as-usual
6. Automating finance reporting using Power BI or Microsoft Tableau
7. Reviewing finance processes and controls to ensure relevance and alignment
8. Working with the Senior Management Accountant to maintain ledger and system integrity
QualificationsWho we’re looking for:
9. Qualified accountant with strong technical and commercial acumen
10. Experience in high-growth environments with process and control development
11. Understanding of corporate, group, JV and LLP accounting structures
12. Ability to meet Group deadlines and work within a large corporate setting
13. Collaborative team leader with excellent communication skills
14. Energetic, motivated and detail-oriented approach
15. Strong IT and presentation capabilities
16. Property and Real estate sector experience, however social housing is not essential
