Network Analyst - £400 to £450 PD – Inside IR 35 – 3 months Our long-standing customer that operates within the financial services industry is hiring a Network Analyst to provide second-line support for network-related incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring stable, secure, and performant systems across the organisation on hybrid basis situated in Chatham or Wolverhampton 2/3 days per week. Our client is seeking a Network Analyst with hands on capabilities in Network & Telephony related technologies including Cisco, DNS/DHCP, VLAN’s, VOIP, VMware and Storage (Dell/HP Sans) but not limited too as our client continues their multi-site digital transformation campaign (Azure), Key Responsibilities Provide second-line support for business-critical network services (voice and data), ensuring SLA adherence. Diagnose, resolve, and escalate network incidents and problems, ensuring stability and minimal disruption. Support delivery of change requests and small-scale projects, following best practice change management processes. Monitor, maintain, and optimise network performance, including routing, switching, firewalls, and VOIP. Contribute to disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BCP) testing, and compliance with security and risk policies.
