Working closely with the Finance Manager – B2B, the role connects seamlessly with commercial and operational teams across UKI B2B to fuel smarter decisions and accelerate business performance.

What you’ll do

Being a Finance Manager involves:

* Owning period-end reporting & commentary, providing insights into key financial lines & KPIs. End-to-end delivery of the We’re Serving P&L.
* Collaborating with Senior Leaders across Sales, Operations & Supply Chain to understand & inform drivers of operating costs within their areas, drawing key insights and driving business priorities.
* Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and planning (ABP) processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and clear communication of risks and opportunities.
* Developing effective reporting, analysis, and insights for stakeholders to manage their businesses (NSO reporting, Weekly Reporting, Campaign reporting).
* Reviewing and gaining approvals for pricing updates through the We’re Serving Pricing Process, ensuring timely completion of business processes.
* Supporting the Sales function on new business proposals and retention plans.
* Supporting key projects, such as new machine propositions (e.g., Podio), and system/data integrity initiatives with the finance transformation team.
* Enhancing visibility and processes around key customers and rebate processes.


Who you are

We’re interested in your unique ingredients:

* A degree in business, accounting, or finance, or being part/newly qualified in an accounting qualification (ACCA / CIMA)
* Experience and understanding of financial accounting and control requirements
* Strong analytical skills and Excel-based modelling/reporting capabilities
* Proactive, resilient, adaptable, and a team player with a drive to make a difference
* Experience in finance within a multi-site blue-chip retailer / FMCG
* Commercial finance experience supporting an operational director or business unit
* A proven track record of analysis, including operational P&L lines
* A Business Partner to other functions
