Project Manager
Location: South Yorkshire/North East Midlands
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a market leading company who are looking for a Project Manager to join their property team.
This role will manage a wide range of fast paced construction projects managing all stakeholders such as consultants, contractors and internal departments.
The successful candidate will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring works are completed on time and to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate design resources to meet project demand
* Support contract selection and procurement routes with senior teams
* Control project budgets from business approval to close-out
* Uphold site health & safety standards
* Maintain strong collaboration with consultants and contractors
* Align delivery plans with project, procurement, and commercial functions
* Ensure technical consistency across building systems
* Review partner performance and key metrics regularly
About You:
* Proven experience in project management within property, construction or a related environment
* Strong understanding of governance, risk management and control frameworks
* Working knowledge of construction contracts and Health & Safety legislation, including building Regulations
* Knowledge of property procurement routes and best practice
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Professional certification such as APM or equivalent would be an advantage
