As a SEN Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of needs-such as Autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. Your day will involve a combination of 1:1 support, small group interventions, and collaborative work with teaching staff and external professionals.
? The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience working with children with SEN in a primary setting
* A nurturing, resilient, and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Knowledge of EHCPs and inclusive classroom practices
* Relevant qualifications in childcare, SEN, or education support (desirable)
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
