As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to help us win new business and build lasting client relationships with a proven track record in a sales or business development role within a marketing, advertising or digital agency.
The Role
This is a hands-on, client-facing sales role. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching our services, and onboarding new clients into the agency. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure expectations are aligned and delivery is seamless.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing services and a proven track record of new business acquisition, ideally within a marketing or creative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new leads and proactively reach out to prospective clients
* Build, manage and convert a strong sales pipeline
* Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs
* Develop tailored proposals and pitch solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing, and delivery timelines
* Effectively hand over new clients into the delivery team and maintain oversight during early stages
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Represent the agency at networking events, industry expos, and client meetings
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in a sales or business development role within a marketing, advertising or digital agency
* Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
* A natural relationship-builder who can spot opportunities and close deals
* Highly organised with strong commercial awareness
* Self-motivated, target-driven and proactive
* Knowledge of digital marketing services (social media, content creation, web design, SEO, etc.)
* A positive, team-oriented attitude
