Your New Role
As aSenior Technologist, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assessing client requirements and developing tailored design solutions
* Producing detailed building plans using CAD software
* Identifying and resolving potential design issues
* Leading the design process and coordinating with internal teams
* Managing contract bids and tender documentation
* Conducting site visits and inspections
* Preparing technical specifications and construction documentation
* Submitting applications for statutory approvals
* Liaising with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
* Participating in project meetings and contributing to documentation
* Staying up to date with evolving design practices, building regulations, and technologies
