We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £70,000, depending on experience, plus a company bonus scheme and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme and private medical cover.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities across key sectors such as eCommerce, 3PL, and manufacturing
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior decision-makers to understand their automation needs
* Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Collaborate with technical and design teams to create bespoke solutions that deliver maximum ROI
* Represent Invar Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
What you need to succeed at GXO:
A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex, high-value solution sales
* Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder decision-making processes and long sales cycles (6–24+ months)
* Deep understanding of warehouse automation technologies, including WMS, WCS, robotics, and software solutions
* Ability to present compelling value propositions and negotiate deals that balance CapEx and OpEx models
* Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally abroad to meet clients and attend events
