Key Responsibilities
Administration and Reception
* Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects, programmes and meetings.
* Provide assistance with planning and arranging events, including organising catering and refreshments.
* Assist with setting up room bookings and ordering catering and refreshments Zoom meetings/webinars and managing registrants.
* Monitor and order office supplies and stationery.
* Create agenda and organise internal and external meetings when required.
* Miscellaneous office duties including photocopying & greeting visitors etc.
* Able to manage customer expectations and recognise when to deal with issues independently and when to escalate issues to a higher level.
* Manage and respond to all general enquiries including website, telephone and e-mail.
* Record and bank donations, memberships and other income to the Charity on the finance system.
* Check, process and record payments, administer invoices and expenses claims received, code items to agreed budgets.
* Provide reception cover.
Database Administration
* Responsible for the entry and upkeep of information on the database.
* Support the updating of contact details on the database as changes are required ensuring regular data cleansing.
* Take event bookings and process onto database including production of reports to support the events.
* Process payments for merchandise and co-ordinate fulfilment to customers.
* Assist with entry of payments onto the database ensuring gift aid is claimed where possible during busy periods.
* Admin and practical support for volunteer and Landscape Engagement events.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £16,220.00 per year
Expected hours: 21 per week
