Secondary Teacher Job Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students.
* Foster a positive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their academic journey.
* Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department.
* Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the educational experience for students.
Secondary teacher Job Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Experience working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds, including those with additional learning needs.
* Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of educational trends and best practices.
