We’re looking for a Senior Studio Producer with hands‑on production experience to bring structure, efficiency and clarity to a high‑volume studio environment. This role is studio‑based and focuses on planning, workflow management and problem solving.
This role is ideally suited to retailer studio producers who excel at operational and production delivery, rather than creative direction backgrounds.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Manage day‑to‑day project timelines, shoot planning, asset coordination and stakeholder communication in collaboration with the Senior Integrated Producer.
* Own end‑to‑end production delivery across studio, campaign and eComm (approx. 3–4 days per week).
* Translate briefs into clear production plans, timelines and deliverables, removing ambiguity for creative teams.
* Drive production efficiency by identifying risks early, resolving issues quickly and keeping work moving.
* Manage approvals, dependencies and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth delivery.
* Ensure projects are accurately scoped, cost‑effective and delivered on time and to brief.
* Lead monthly studio and eComm shoots from planning through post‑production delivery.
* Coordinate resources, samples, talent, logistics and asset tracking to maintain consistent output.
EFFICIENCY, COST CONTROL & PROBLEM SOLVING
* Identify opportunities to streamline production workflows, improve handovers and reduce inefficiencies.
* Support budgeting, PO management and spend tracking, flagging risks and variances early.
* Act as a senior production support for Junior Producers, helping unblock issues and guide decision‑making.
* Provide calm, hands‑on leadership during peak periods to keep the studio operating smoothly.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven experience as a Producer or Senior Producer in a fashion or creative agency environment; studio and eComm experience (3+ years).
* Strong understanding of project management practices in a creative and studio context using tools such as Wrike, Asana, Let'sFlo or Adobe.
* Track record delivering eCommerce production, creative studio shoots and multi‑stakeholder campaigns.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
* A calm, organised, multi‑deadline juggling approach that keeps projects on track and teams motivated.
* Budgeting experience, including estimating, managing suppliers and tracking production spend.
* A team‑first mindset with experience mentoring or guiding more junior producers.
