Vision for Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to work in a range of supportive and inclusive schools in Thurrock.

The role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. You will help to deliver tailored learning activities, provide emotional support, and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Requirements:
1. Experience working with children or young people (desirable)
2. A patient, caring, and supportive approach
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. A passion for supporting pupils with additional needs
5. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
