This is a part time role, 3 days a week and based in the office on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday ROLE Complex and ever-changing international diary management across multiple timezones Domestic and international travel management, again changing and last minute with high profile individuals Event organisation and hospitality, as well as film festivals Liaising with high profile people, brands and family offices Organising and executive team meetings and activities (meeting agendas, away days, team social events etc, board packs etc…) Sitting in on meetings, taking notes and making them action points and minutes Actioning and supporting any follow ups from meetings Producing documents and reports for meetings and board meetings There is lots of scope to grow the role and it will be very much what you make of it. I am looking for someone who is bright, on the ball and solutions focussed who is passionate about their role and takes pride in what they do. Someone flexible, hardworking and with gravitas who can manage a busy workload with a good sense of humour and professionalism. Ad hoc projects and someone who is happy to muck in in all areas whether that be office management, projects or meeting rooms I am looking for someone who has ideally come from either TV/production or music, or even an online stream platform, or who has an understanding of the industry and is keen to jump into a fast paced, relentless yet rewarding and incredibly interesting industry. The successful candidate will be bright, positive, ultimately flexible to a lot of change and working across timezones.
