Cambridge and Peterborough Wheelchair Service will be provided by Ross Care from 11/05/26. As part of this exciting new service, we are looking for a Clinical Lead to lead our experienced Clinical team, which includes Therapists and a Rehabilitation Engineer amongst a variety of roles. The Services will run from various clinic locations, based in modern, comfortable buildings, with excellent clinic facilities, as well as operating from schools and other community locations to further facilitate MDT working.
The Clinical Lead will be supported by members of our Senior ManagementTeam, and will form part of our national Clinical Lead Group, who have a weekly meeting for information sharing and peer support. The service is led by the Clinical Director who is a member of the Board and ensures that Ross Care services are clinically led and operate to the highest standards of clinical practice and safety.

Main duties of the job
* This role will provide leadership to the team, developing both new staff and the service itself.
* This exciting role offers opportunities to build contact with other services, develop service user engagement, and engage with other Ross Care managers, from both clinical and operational service and repair teams. Senior managers will provide close support, and there will be regular meetings with the Clinical Director in addition to Clinical Supervision.
* This role is an ideal combination of a small complex caseload and management duties. The post offers an opportunity to utilise existing management experience and build new skills, and experience of previous wheelchair provision is essential.
