Responsibilities
:
1. Drive regional and product-level strategy development for market entry and expansion.
2. Lead strategic planning with cross-functional teams including product,mercial and operations.
3. Identify and refine customer segmentation, value proposition, and product positioning for international markets.
4. Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership to align strategy with long-term business goals.
5. Translate market insights into actionable strategic rmendations.
6. Working closely with senior executives, product teams andmercial teams to guide growth initiatives.
7. Build partnerships with healthcare providers,ernments and third parties to support regional expansion.
8. Act as the bridge between local teams and central strategic functions to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
Requirements:
9. Experience in a consultancy, delivering projects in the healthcare industry.
10. Deep understanding of global healthcare systems and market dynamics.
11. Strong business case and strategy development experience.
12. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management, especially across cultures and regions.
13. Strong proficiency in data tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel.
14. Strong on execution, with an eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:
15. Background in a high-growth tech or healthcare startup/scale-up.
16. Experience in electronic health records, health IT or healthcare software strategy.
17. Fluency in one additional European language is an advantage.
