The job in a nutshell
In this role, you’ll provide essential support to the UK Private Client teams with their Goods-in process and rent processes. Within the team, you’ll ensure smooth running of all activities in the absence of CPR Support Team Leader and other members of the CPR team. This is a fast-paced administrative role that requires using your initiative, dexterity and excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.

What you will do
1. Be responsible for the end-to-end Customer Goods-in process from purchase order creation to deletion, other activities such as:
2. Applying and cancelling admin charges
3. Create new material codes based on existing variants or vintages
4. Request new material codes if no existing data is available
5. Maintaining the PO Amends spreadsheet for all reported discrepancies reported by the warehouse. This will involve reviewing photographs and working with the Quality and Authentication team before communicating these to the customer
6. Rejecting and returning cases
7. Looking up PRN’s
8. Use reports to prevent duplicate requests
9. Helping resolve historical stock landing issues
10. Assisting with rent code review and updates
11. Be responsible for Customer Private Reserve queries, help with reconciliations and seek replacement stock if required
12. Responsible for processing duty and VAT clearance orders
13. Provide support across the Buying support team at peak times
14. Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation.

15. In Experience of using bespoke systems (currently AS400, RS6000, Cockpit & HMC/SAP) Previous working experience in a similar role
16. Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
17. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise accordingly
18. Ability to build positive working relationships and develop trust with all stakeholders
19. A pro-active and flexible approach
20. Excellent problem-solving skills
21. Highly IT competent, especially with Excel
22. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
23. A basic to intermediate level of wine knowledge
24. A passion for wine
Qualifications
25. WSET qualification – desirable.
