Key Responsibilities Corporate Tax Manager:
Delivering technically strong corporate tax advice including structuring, reorganisations, refinancing, and governance
Supporting clients with tax planning and compliance while optimising their tax position
Managing relationships with a varied portfolio of clients including owner-managed and technology-focused businesses
Handling tax authority enquiries and complex technical queries
Supporting business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals, marketing, and client meetings
Coaching and supporting junior colleagues while ensuring high standards of delivery across the team
Keeping up to date with UK tax legislation and maintaining compliance with professional standards
