The company supply complex high precision engineered components to a variety of industries across the UK including Motor Sport, Medical, Aerospace and Military. The Role - EDM Spark Eroder
The company are looking for an experienced EDM spark eroder to work within a very demanding but rewarding environment.
Duties - EDM Spark Eroder
* Machining a range of metals into precision components for high end aerospace, defence and medical applications
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical diagrams
* Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment at all times.
* Providing feedback to team leaders and shop floor staff to highlight any technical issues or potential risks.
* Help drive technology and cutting-edge manufacturing techniques.
Requirements - EDM Spark Eroder
* Ideally experienced working on Sodick or Wire Erosion machines, but training will be provided.
* Leadership skills are desirable
* Good verbal & written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Flexible approach to workload and business requirements
* Works well in a team environment
* The ability to work under pressure
* From an engineering background
Hours of Work - EDM Spark Eroder
Normal Days, Early finish on Fridays
Salary and Benefits - EDM Spark Eroder
£18.00 - £20.00 per hour
