The Role
You'll be the face of Clarks, welcoming customers into the store. Building rapport by asking questions about their preferences, providing advice, and closing sales are key responsibilities. You'll also assist in keeping the store tidy and support stockroom activities. With our comprehensive training—including coaching, observations, and product knowledge—you'll be equipped to meet targets and excel in your role.
About You
You are good with people and enjoy teamwork. Passionate about fashion and footwear, you can promote Clarks confidently as a brand ambassador. Experience in sales is a plus, and flexibility with hours is appreciated. Your natural instinct allows you to suggest products at the right moment and let customers make their decisions.
