This includes all communal areas, toilets and of course our residents rooms. Youll interact with our residents on a daily basis - so youll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our residents dignity at all times. Heres some other important things you need to know: Youll need to understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements that are relevant such as Health and Safety and COSHH Ensure that all equipment and materials are well maintained and safely stored in the appropriate places Youll report any incidents or maintenance issues to the home manager.
