Dental Practice Manager – Liverpool, Merseyside (Full-Time)
MBR Dental is working with a well‑established, high‑end dental practice in Liverpool, currently looking for a Dental Practice Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
What’s on offer
* Start date available as soon as possible
* Notice periods will be considered
* Full‑time position – 5 days per week
* Monday to Friday – hours to be agreed
* Salary up to £45,000 per year, depending on experience
* Annual bonus of up to £5,000 based on practice performance
* Benefits package worth £1500
* 5 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays
About the role

Your responsibilities will include
* Overseeing the daily operations of the practice
* Supporting and developing the team
* Ensuring systems and processes run efficiently and in line with compliance standards
* Managing HR duties, staff performance, and training
* Monitoring KPIs, revenue, and stock control
* Leading on marketing initiatives and patient experience improvements
About you
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager in the UK
* A confident, organised, and proactive leader
* Passionate about delivering excellent patient care
* Motivated to inspire and support a team
* Valid DBS check
