Job Description:
Provide high-quality care and education to children from the ages of 3 months -4 years, in a safe and nurturing environment.
Support the emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.
Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure each child’s needs are met.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress and development.
What you will need:
A relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent) preferred but not essential
Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A thorough understanding of safeguarding practices.
