About the Role We are looking for an experienced Bench Hand Joiner to join our team, working on high-quality bespoke joinery projects. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for a skilled individual with a strong background in workshop-based joinery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacturing bespoke joinery items to a high standard
* Working from technical drawings and specifications
* Producing fittings for bars, restaurants, kitchens, and bathrooms
* Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
* Assembling and finishing products in the workshop
* Ensuring all work meets quality and deadline expectations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner
* Strong knowledge of bespoke joinery and workshop practices
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools
* High attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
