About the Role
We’re working with a leading creative events production agency renowned for producing high-end live experiences internationally. They’re looking for a talented Event Production Designer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a hands-on design role that takes projects from concept to completion — developing bold ideas, creating inspiring visuals, producing technical plans, and ensuring every creative element is brought to life on site. You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit passionate in-house team to design unforgettable event environments for corporate, live, and luxury experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver full event design from initial concepts to completed visuals.
* Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, mood boards, and creative visuals.
* Design and format artwork for backdrops, staging, and presentations.
* Collaborate with project managers, producers, and clients to deliver premium creative solutions.
* Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to develop designs into production-ready builds.
* Some opportunity to support projects onsite in a design capacity, both in the UK and overseas.
* Ensure all work meets brand standards, technical requirements, and project timelines.
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in an event design or production design role within the events industry.
* Firm understanding of event technologies — including lighting, audio, video, and projection.
* Expert in Vectorworks and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
* Confident producing 3D renders (hand sketching skills desirable).
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
* An agile self-starter who is adaptable to evolving project demands.
* Cool and good humoured under pressure, flexible, and responsive to client feedback.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Imaginative, detail-driven, and committed to delivering creative designs that inspire and delight.
Due to the collaborative nature of this role, on-site presence is expected.
Salary & Benefits
* £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
