Part-Time School Caretaker – Windsor (Primary School)

Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and well-respected primary school in Windsor that is seeking a Part-Time Caretaker to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone local, reliable, and practically skilled, who is looking to support a school environment on a flexible, part-time basis.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school site is safe, clean, and well maintained. Duties will include general maintenance, site security, basic repairs, and supporting the school staff with any premises-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* General upkeep and maintenance of the school site
* Carrying out minor repairs and basic DIY tasks
* Ensuring the premises are secure, including opening and locking up when required
* Maintaining a clean and tidy external environment (e.g. litter picking, sweeping)
* Monitoring and reporting any health and safety issues
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a caretaker or in a similar maintenance role is beneficial
* A hands-on, proactive attitude
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Strong communication and time management skills
* A commitment to safeguarding – all candidates must have or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
