Who are we looking for? We are looking for a proactive and organised Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic London team, based near Oxford Circus in central London. Your primary role will be to work alongside one of our Senior Consultants, providing assistance and support in managing a large client portfolio, providing exceptional support with candidates and clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and the recruitment industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Be Doing: Assist in the recruitment and placement of education professionals within schools and other educational institutions. Assist with the development and maintenance of a strong candidate database. Help manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, and vetting candidates. Support with client relationship management, ensuring high levels of service and engagement. Provide administrative support including the coordination of interviews, placements, and follow-up communications. Contribute to the achievement of targets. Work closely with relevant colleagues to understand the nuances of education recruitment and client needs. Collaborate with the team to deliver creative solutions to both clients and candidates. Who We’re Looking For: Previous experience in education, sales, administration or within the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems. A genuine interest in the education sector and delivering quality recruitment services.
