About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual from the Electrical Installation trade to join our training team, delivering high-quality teaching to learners aged 16 and over.
You do not need to be a qualified teacher. Training and support will be provided. What matters is your industry expertise and passion for developing others.
What You’ll Need to for the Electrical Trainer role
Relevant Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, AM2/AM2S, Level 3 Diploma etc.) Teaching/assessing qualifications (PTLLS, A1/CAVA, CET/DET) or willingness to work towards them
Experience supporting apprentices or working in an education/training environment
Strong communication and IT skills
