This dynamic primary school requires a dedicated Premises Manager to oversee the daily security and operational efficiency of its facilities. The school needs a hands-on manager who is proactive about minor repairs and ensuring the premises—including playgrounds and classrooms—are consistently safe and welcoming for young pupils.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
* Operational Overseer: Leading the daily site schedules, coordinating cleaning staff, and managing access to the building.
* Safety & Security: Full responsibility for key holding, managing alarm systems, and executing daily statutory H&S checks.
* Repair Responder: Managing planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all minor repairs are completed efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits
* Essential Requirements: Proven experience in a premises or site management role and familiarity with primary school operations.
* Salary Range: Competitive salary (ranging from £30,000 - £36,000 per annum).
