Reablement Assistant – The Pines, Forest Close, Wexham, SL2 4FJ – £27,920 to £29,694 per year (inclusive of Local Weighting Allowance). Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week, shift pattern 4 days on, 4 days off, with evening and weekend work.
What you’ll be doing
Provide skilled and proactive reablement support within Slough’s Reablement and Independence Service. Assist residents in achieving greater independence through outcome‑based reablement plans developed by Occupational Therapists. Supports include activity re‑training, rehabilitation programmes, practical support, and teaching how to use equipment. The role is performed in the home or community settings as required by each person’s plan.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Enhanced Adult and Children DBS clearance.
* Valid right to work in the UK.
