Leeds – Hybrid (2–3 days in the office)
We're recruiting exclusively for an ambitious independent agency looking for a commercially-minded marketer to help drive awareness, reputation and growth.
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing and new business, helping the agency raise its profile, strengthen relationships, create opportunities and stay front of mind with the brands it wants to work with.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership across content, campaigns, events, communications and business development activity, playing a genuine role in shaping how the agency grows over the next few years.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, website content and events
- Creating engaging content including case studies, thought leadership, blogs, social posts, presentations and email campaigns
- Helping build awareness and visibility through consistent, high-quality marketing activity
- Supporting new business initiatives and relationship‑building activity
- Helping identify opportunities to strengthen the agency's profile and reputation
- Supporting and attending events, partnerships and industry activity
- Measuring performance and helping improve the effectiveness of marketing activity
- Maintaining CRM data and supporting audience segmentation where required
- Working with a range of marketing, CRM and AI tools to support campaigns and growth initiatives
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, PR, account management or agency growth role
- Agency experience would be a significant advantage
- Strong writing and communication skills
- A good understanding of social media, email marketing and content marketing
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working with data, insights and campaign performance metrics
- Naturally curious about brands, marketing and business growth
- Commercially aware and interested in how agencies win and retain clients
- Comfortable contributing ideas as well as delivering them
- Confident building relationships with colleagues, clients and industry contacts
- Interested in the wider marketing, media and agency landscape
