Your new role

Initial 6-week temporary position, possible to extend. 4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities1. Executive Support & Diary Management
1. Manage the diaries of the Director of Corporate Services and Finance Director, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings (both virtual and in‑person).
2. Coordinate logistics for all meetings, including room bookings, technical requirements, refreshments, attendee briefings and pre‑meeting materials.
3. Capture and track meeting actions, ensuring timely follow‑up andmunication with relevant stakeholders.
4. Work closely with thepany Secretary to ensure seamless support across Corporate Services and Finance.
2. Financial Administration
5. Raise purchase orders in line with designated cost centres and organisational procedures.
6. Process invoices promptly and maintain accurate financial records.
7. Follow established archiving processes for all financial documentation.
8. Liaise with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure adherence to best practice and resolve outstanding issues.
3. Stakeholder Liaison
9. Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Directors.
10. Support smooth information flow between departments, ensuring timelymunication and professional representation.
4. General Administrative Support
11. Provide wider support to Corporate Services and Finance departments as required by thepany Secretary, Director of Corporate Services, and Finance Director.
12. Organise internal team meetings, workshops, and events.
13. Coordinate logistics for external visitors, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
14. Collaborate with other business support colleagues to provide cover and ensure continuity of service across the organisation.
15. Contribute to operational improvements by identifying better ways of working and supporting administrative problem‑solving across teams.
