Your NewpanyYou will be working within the public sector to review and re-design the organisation's young people’s engagement programme. Supporting young people to ensure their voices are heard and impact how they can engage and be impacted by the services provided.Your New Role
1. Develop stakeholder relationships with relevant external partners
2. Drawing on expertise from third sector partners, establish and run a young person advisory panel
3. With input from the advisory panel, develop a programme of engagement with a wide group of diverse young people, representative ofmunities across Wales.
4. Develop a model for the young people’s engagement programme, based on all the feedback and information gathered through the stakeholder work, the advisory panel and wider engagement with young people across Wales
5. Develop a rmendations paper to be delivered to Leadership and to the Board.
