A Milton Keynes–based designer and manufacturer of residential renewable energy products is seeking a techniclalty and commercially driven, hands‑on Managing Director to lead its next phase of growth.
This is a full P&L leadership role within an agile, scaling business (c.50–200 employees), requiring both strategic direction and operational delivery.
* A senior leader from an electronics / hardware manufacturing business of similar size
* Strong commercial and financial capability (P&L ownership)
* Experience scaling or growing a product‑led manufacturing company
* Based in or around the Milton Keynes area
Sector experience in renewable energy is not required, the focus is on transferable leadership from relevant manufacturing environments.
