Skilled CNC Turner (Mazak / Mazatrol) Aerospace & Precision Engineering
Our client, a world-class engineering and aerospace manufacturing company, is actively recruiting an experienced CNC Turner / Mazak CNC Lathe Operator to join their high-performing precision engineering team.
If you have experience setting and operating Mazak Quick Turn or Nexus series CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent role with competitive pay and outstanding career progression.
Key Responsibilities CNC Turner / Mazak Programmer
* Set and operateMazak CNC lathes (Quick Turn & Nexus series)
* Program and edit usingMazatrol controls
* Interpret detailedengineering drawings and GD&T specifications
* Conductfirst-off inspectionsand maintain strict quality standards
* Optimise tooling, cutting parameters, and machining efficiency
* Work collaboratively with production and quality teams
* Maintain high standards ofhealth & safety and 5S workplace organisation
Essential Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience as aCNC Turner in aerospace or precision engineering
* Strong Mazatrol programming andmulti-axis machiningcapability
* Knowledge ofAS9100D and ISO 9001 quality standards
* Confident using precision measuring equipment:
o Micrometres
o Vernier callipers
o CMM equipment
* Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced engineering team

Standard Day Shift
* Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm
* Friday: 8:00am 1:00pm
