Job Introduction Following an internal promotion, we are excited to recruit a passionate Customer Contact Specialist to become a vital part of our Volkswagen division at our Stratford-upon-Avon dealership. The role comes with a basic salary and a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £33,000 plus benefits. Role and Responsibilities The successful applicant will be targeted and challenged to increase customer retention as well as to improve and drive conversions. To encourage the appointment opportunity for the customer to experience the car they will consider and to clarify the options available for their consideration To always agree a next contact point, where the appointment is not confirmed Liaise with the VolkswagenCentres to ensure the customer is expected and will receive a VIP welcome. Ensure a Centre communication is also sent to the customer confirming the name of the individual who will look after them About you Customer focused with excellent communication & organisational skills Self-motivated & target driven Able to work on your own or as part of a team Ability to use your own initiative to provide impeccable customer service Smart and presentable with an outstanding telephone manner Competent using Microsoft Office Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
