Summary

Key Requirements
* Experience: Significant hospital experience, including clinical pharmacy service above Foundation level.
* Qualifications: Postgraduate clinical pharmacy diploma (or equivalent).
* Registration: Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
