Project Manager | North UK
£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus
The Role:
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a high-growth D2C brand, to specialise across technology, operations, and ecommerce.
This role plays a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating stakeholders, maintaining governance routines, and supporting change implementation across the business. You will also provide leadership to a small team supporting transformation activity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the delivery of projects across technology, operations and ecommerce
* Developing and maintaining project documentation including SOPs, process flows, project plans, timelines and milestones
* Tracking project progress, risks and dependencies and escalating where required
* Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams
* Supporting communication across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Maintaining governance routines including status reporting and project updates
* Supporting testing, rollout and implementation activities
Key Requirements:
* Experience in a project management, PMO or delivery support role
* Strong experience within the Retail/ecommerce market
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments
