Responsibilities
* Creating lesson plans that help students shine in their own unique ways
* Offering one-on-one support to students with a range of needs (Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, etc.)
* Shaping minds and creating a safe, inclusive space where every student can thrive
* Working with other staff to deliver individualized learning plans (IEPs)
* Helping students build confidence, tackle challenges, and celebrate progress
* Using creativity and passion to keep lessons engaging and meaningful
Qualifications and Requirements
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience working with SEN students and a commitment to accessible learning
* Patience, creativity, and the ability to engage students
* Strong classroom management skills
* DBS check – DBS must be on the update service or candidate willing to obtain one
* Bonus points for experience with Autism, ADHD, or Dyslexia; training available
